Our Roots: Pat’s Kitchen is a family-owned business bringing the Caribbean cuisine experience to your palate. Pat was born and raised in Georgetown, Guyana before migrating to the USA. Now residing in the DFW area of Texas. She has always been passionate about serving delicious meals. This influence stems from her mother the late Elaine Bailey. The influence has been pass down to Pat and the rest of her siblings and their children, who are carrying on the legacy in various parts of the world. .The Caribbean recipes with deep roots have always been a part of her story.
